Wells Street Bridge

This is a closeup I recently took of the center plaque on the Wells Street Bridge (I had previously posted a picture of the bridge  here .

The Bridge was built in Built the Wrought Iron Bridge Co. out of Canton, Ohio.   There are names plaque and I thought it would be the engineer or builder, but from what I found on Bridge Hunter the names don’t appear to match.

At the end of 2013, Lighting was added to the bridge as part of the Downtown Overpass Beautification and Lighting initiative where the City funded $121,000 in lighting to the structure.

Dating back to the 1880’s there have been reported hauntings on the bridge that I posted about here.
