As I had tried  Project 7 Peppermint Vanilla Gum here and like the philosophy behind the company, I decided to try the Sour Carmel Apple Gourmet Gum that was on sale 2 packs for $2 for 12 pieces of gum in each pack at Meijers.

The philosophy behind this gum is “Teach Them Well” and they donate to help teach children.  The company indicates  for every 7th pack sold,  it help provide 30 minutes of schooling.

They are smaller pieces that the pack I had before, about half the width, but still have a candy coating outside (much like a Chiclet gum) but packs a lot of flavor.

It tasted sort of brown sugarish to represent the carmel  with a bit of sour to represent a tart apple and the two flavors melded very well together.   It is also  sugar-free with zero calories so it is a guilt-free pleasure and it is a gum I would recommend trying, and I am looking forward to trying more of their flavors.
