My son bought this for me for Christmas and it had come in very handy in chasing the chills away on a cold Winter day.

It is 1500 watts the a low and high setting and the heat is forced out with a fan and oscillates to distribute the heat.  It had two setting on to the left, which is the heat and two settings to the right that I am not sure what it is…maybe just a fan?  Haven’t tried it yet.

It advertises it has an automatic shutoff if it gets too hot (have not had it turn off yet) and is quiet – it has a “white noise” sound sort of like a fan on a low setting.

I have it right beside our couch in the living room and most days was able to keep the thermostat lower and it kept the room warm and it is a decent sized room.

It touts that it heats up to 50% more with the oscillation and that seems to be true, as I had a oscillation heater before and it just went side to side and basically would just heat my feet under my desk.
