ROTARY CLOCK TOWER AT DOWNTOWN ALLEN COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY

This is a new public art piece that was installed on the North East side of the downtown main branch of the Allen County Public Library. It was erected by the local Rotary Club and the view is from Wayne St.
It was designed by the same architect firm that designed the library and was made by The Verdin Company in Cincinnati or $165,000.
It 22 feet high and 5 square feet and has chimes that can be programmed play just about any tune and has a cool steel globe in the middle.
